• $300 deposit within 7 days of booking ($500 for peak time bookings).

• Balance remaining payable One Month prior to
holiday (2 Months prior to holiday for all Christmas, Easter, and other school holiday bookings)
• Check in 1pm, check out 10am (sharp)
• It is not necessary to contact the resort
reception upon arrival, just proceed to your villa from the ferry
• Unfortunately, circumstances sometimes occur, where our guests have to cancel their holiday. We try to be fair in these circumstances, but we may reduce your deposit refund by $100 to cover our advertising costs.
If the cancellation is after your “final payment due” date (shown on your deposit receipt), all of your deposit may be forfeited. Please notify us as early as possible of a cancellation, so that we have a chance to re-book, so that there is less chance of financial loss to you or us. |
